Job purpose 

To lead the design, implementation, and strengthening of comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems and processes to ensure data driven decision making, continuous improvement, and accountability across NUDIPU’s programmes in line with the strategic plan.

Job summary 

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager will lead to the development and implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to track project outcomes and inform strategic organizational decision making. He/she will ensure the timely collection and analysis of high quality, disaggregated data for reporting, organizational learning, and donor compliance. This role will strengthen the capacity of staff and partners, support programme design and resource mobilisation, and align with NUDIPU’s strategic goals for activities to ensure that results are achieved.

The National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU) is an Umbrella Organization established in 1987 with a vision of creating a just and fair society where Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) live a prosperous and dignified life. NUDIPU is a non-governmental organization that advocates for the rights of Persons with Disabilities in Uganda. It brings together all
categories of PWDs including the physically, sensory and mentally impaired people. NUDIPU exists to create a unified voice of PWDs in order to advocate for equalization of opportunities, involvement and participation in policy planning and implementation of disability programmes in close co-operation with government, NGO’s and the public. NUDIPU’s
membership comprise 146 District Unions (DUs) and 17 National Disabled Person’s Organizations (NDPOs).
